The Circo Theater is a scenic space in the Spanish city of Albacete, declared an Asset of Cultural Interest with monument status.1 It is currently the oldest Circo Theater with the dual functionality of theater and circus in the world. Opened in the 19th century, it is the oldest operating circus theater in the world and the only theater in Spain that maintains a double scenic and structural functionality for both theatrical and circus shows.2 The International Circus Festival is held here every year. Albacete Circus, one of the most prestigious in the world. It has a third function as an opera, being a member of Ópera XXI, the Association of Theatres, Festivals and Stable Opera Seasons of Spain.2 It has a capacity of close to 1,000 seats. Its European style of columns and iron structure is combined with the Arabic style of its arches. In addition, the dome of the coliseum is a representation of the night sky where you can observe the constellations and stars.
