The Uclés Monastery, El Escorial de La Mancha, has a square floor plan with a central patio and two-level cloister, nine ten openings on each side, pilasters with a square floor plan and half-point arches; the ambulatory is covered with a barrel vault with lunettes and the arches formeros, highlighted in stone, hold the upper floor, resolved with lintelled gaps, which follow the same rhythm of the lower floor decorated with vegetal motifs, baquetón and rejería; In the center of the patio there is a cistern in limestone and baroque decoration, with a large tarja of the royal shield.
