The Benasque Valley, it is a valley in the Aragonese Pyrenees, in the current region of the Ribagorza, in the province of Huesca (Aragon). Benasque is the pyrenean valley with the most number of peaks that surpass 3.000 meters (around eighty, 20 % of the total of this mountain chain) and of high mountain lakes. It is the main high mountain valley of the Pyrenees and of Spain.
