San Miguel de Lillo (Oviedo, Asturias) is a Roman Catholic church built on the Naranco mount, near the Church of Santa María del Naranco in Oviedo. It was built under the order of King Ramiro I in 842. It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985.
