The town was declared of cultural interest in march 1994. Its location and the modesty of the communication channels that allow access have allowed their preservation as a prominent and popular set of domestic architecture, manifesting itself as one of the best exponents of provincial towns of rural character. The resort has a typology of partial medieval layout, with slow tendency to alteration. The typology is predominantly agricultural, residential, domestic well, and building type is popular type. The layout of the town on the slope allows to contemplate the staggering of houses and streets, which further increases its plastic valuation. The hull of the population has an elongated funnel shaped, with its widest in the south side. The streets are steep, narrow, winding, some passages or low pass flown houses, forming small tunnels. In any case, this element gives the streets an interesting effect of light and shadow.
