Castrelos Park is the largest urban park in Vigo. It currently occupies 220,000 m². It houses an auditorium, a small lake and the Quiñones de León Palace Museum. It is the typical place to hold events and offers visitors beautiful gardens of French and English style, in the spirit of a Romantic past. The Quiñones de León Palace Museum invites you to know the best of Galician art of the 20th century, it is the typical stately building of Galicia, an authentic “pazo”. In total, there are 29 permanent exhibition halls and there is also an annexe to the archeology section. Downstairs it has preserved the atmosphere of the old stately residence.
