The Santo Estevo Monastery, today a Parador, mixes Baroque and Romanesque styles, and features three impressive cloisters, one Romanesque, one Gothic and another from the Renaissance. It has a Baroque facade forming a corner with the church, which has its entrance in its cemetery. In the monastery’s blason there are nine mitres. Due to its beauty and grandeur this building in ??Nogueira de Ramuín (Ourense, Galicia) was declared a Historic Artistic Monument in 1923.
