The San Juan Swamp is located in the San Juan Reservoir, in the municipal terms of San Martín de Valdeiglesias. In it, the waters of the Alberche river are collected in a total of 14 kilometers of beaches. The reservoir combines functions of water supply and electricity generation, as well as recreational and sports uses, making it one of the most popular tourist attractions in the Community of Madrid.
