The Ciudad de Oviedo Conference and Exhibition Palace (Oviedo, Asturias), designed by the recognised spanish architect Santiago Calatrava – Prince of Asturias Award for Arts-, has an spectacular and modern design, and its complex also includes several offices for the Government of the Principality of Asturias, a hotel, a big shopping centre and a parking for 1800 cars. It has become a new icon in Oviedo due to its impressive and avant-garde architecture.
