Modernist mansion built in 1890, residence of the Guirado family, until the segregation of almost half of the house and garden to dedicate it to a nursing home, in 1957. It has an interior patio with a fountain and corridors. Large staircase with a helical shape connects the different rooms that are distributed in the three heights of the building. It has mural decoration from the early 20th century, in the upper corridor of the patio, some of its rooms and ceilings. Today it is municipal property and after its remodeling it is dedicated to a Cultural Center, there are rooms dedicated to exhibitions, computing, music and others where training courses are given. It is also the headquarters of the municipal archive and Peace Court. The municipal telescope is located in its garden.
