The Historical Cemetery of San Miguel in Malaga is considered one of the main historic-monumental graveyards in Spain. This cemetery has been used since the beginning of the 19th century, and is one of the few necropolises from its century that has kept practically intact until our days: the entrance, the chapel, the majority of the pantheons, and the rooms for wakes and condolences have been conserved exactly as they were built during the 19th century and into the beginning of the 20th century.
