Castillo de Ampudia

(Palencia)

There are round turrets of the city wall from the 13th century, which the first castle possibly adjoined. Its square towers overlook Ampudia (Palencia, Castile and Leon). The castle was surrounded by a barrier which covers three fronts that are inside the wall of the villa. The courtyard has arches of late 15th or early 16th. The bridge at the entrance hast two arches and was built in stone in 1538.
