As a whole, it is one of the largest agricultural buildings in the municipality of Almansa. In this sense, it is a model agricultural complex, as it houses all the activities typical of the rural world of this region, except for the mill.   It appears in the landscape as a manor house, with a monumental façade that gives it the character of a palace. It is the main volume, reserved for the residence of its former owners, a building notable for its composition and ornamentation, mainly on its façade. This is distributed in three heights and marked by large windows, crowned by a pediment. The exterior treatment of the building follows classical and Italianate patterns, typical of a neoclassical style that burst into Europe and Colonial America since the mid-19th century. XVIII.
