Former factory of Industrias Agrícolas de Mallorca SA, a company dedicated, since 1930, to the manufacture of products derived from carob -gum of garrofí, flour, and alcohol- and known by the neighbors of the Pont d’Inca as “Sa Garrovera”, since approximately from 1964 the farmers of the zone sold the carob trees directly to the factory.
