Building built between 1933 and 1934, where it housed a financial institution such as Banco Úbeda. Initially it also housed a leather drying business. Its name from 1934 was “widow of Antonio Úbeda Juan”, the abbreviation (VAU) can still be seen on the windows, and in 1943 it was renamed Banca Úbeda, S.A. and in 1954 it was renamed Banco Úbeda, S.A. and finally in 1967 Banco de Albacete, S.A, this year in which this building was closed, although it continued as a financial activity in another nearby building. This neoclassical style building, apart from housing the bank’s offices and facilities on the ground floor and basement, was the residence of the Úbeda family until 1964. The family home has two floors decorated with period furniture. It is worth highlighting the design of the staircase, with steps cast in situ, and finished with a bronze railing and oak handrail.
