Neo-Mudejar style complex belonging to the old El Águila brewery, built between 1912 and 1914 by the architect Luis Sáinz de los Terreros. The rehabilitation of the building at the end of the 20th century, by the architects Emilio Tuñón Álvarez and Luis Moreno García-Mansilla, conceived an exhibition hall.
