MIHL (Interactive History Museum of Lugo) in Galicia is an innovative project both in architecture and in its future museum installation. It has a large wooded garden, spread in a series of sunken circular courts. The museum is completely buried and only the (apparently) rusty steel cylinders remain visible, standing more than eight feet high, resembling industrial chimneys. It has two white and circular rooms, lit with skylights, and a black room of almost 500 square meters, where audiovisual installations are set up.
