This Parador Museum, also known as the Hostal of the Catholic Monarchs, is considered the world’s oldest hotel. Its style is Plateresco Gothic, this building in Santiago de Compostela (La Coruña, Galicia) has a Royal Chapel, which functions as the hospital’s church, and a major entrance gate of the 16th century, made in Toledo. It is surrounded by four courtyards, two Gothic and two Baroque, which follow the shape of a Greek cross.
