Jardines del Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos

(Córdoba)

The Alcázar of the Christian Monarchs, is a military building ordered by King Alfonso XI of Castile in 1328, built on top of a previous construction (the Andalusian Alcazar, formerly the residence of the Roman governor, located in one of the margins Guadalquivir river), in Cordoba, Andalusia. The architectural character has a sober exterior and is splendid inside, with magnificent gardens and courtyards that maintain a Mudejar style.
